Changed from EE sim to Sky sim 6 days ago. EE put PUK code in and said ready to go with Sky. Phone not working message saying network blocked. Enquired with Sky and they say everything working but it isn't

Who was the device from? As it sounds like it's locked to another providers network and you need an unlock code from them, that is neither a PAC nor PUK code.
