@Lisa291  Your TV subscriptions don't run out, however if you hve ciscounts these may be ending.

 

Can you confirm this is what the email is referring to as the term plans is normally used with Sky Mobile data plans.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
