Hello everyone, I have a question for you! I would like to send the iPhone back to Sky and terminate the contract, because I will not be able to pay off the phone, health problems, how should I end the contract?

How long have you had it? As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Re: Mobile

Hello, thank you for your answer, I have had the phone for about 6 months, I have not found any information anywhere about how much I would have to pay for canceled contracts, as I have already written, due to health reasons I will not be able to earn enough to pay for the phone

@TadeuszKatnik

I have a technical issue this morning in that my iPad won't let me add a link so Google 'Charges for ending your Sky contract early'.

@TadeuszKatnik If your device is on a credit agreement and you want to cancel you will have to settle the outstanding amount(remaining balance owed on the agreement) in full, there is no option to return the phone to settle the agreement.
