Need to get data from Piggybank, but app & website not working?

Hello, 

I've gotten the text of "Hello. You've used most of your Sky Mobile data this month. It's easy to get more any time at sky.com/manage/mobile/mobile-usage" 

Tried to use the app, it redirects me to the web page & the variations of 'technical error/unable to process at this time/try again later'
Tried to use the link in the text & when looking at my account it shows mulptiple variations of 'technical error/unable to process at this time/try again later'

I just need to find out how much data I've got left and roll some over.

If the app or website are not working for you then call Sky on the free 150 number for help with this.

I have been having the same issue, the app is totally useless at the moment, tried from laptop same problem.
