Hello,
I've gotten the text of "Hello. You've used most of your Sky Mobile data this month. It's easy to get more any time at sky.com/manage/mobile/mobile-usage"
Tried to use the app, it redirects me to the web page & the variations of 'technical error/unable to process at this time/try again later'
Tried to use the link in the text & when looking at my account it shows mulptiple variations of 'technical error/unable to process at this time/try again later'
I just need to find out how much data I've got left and roll some over.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the app or website are not working for you then call Sky on the free 150 number for help with this.

I have been having the same issue, the app is totally useless at the moment, tried from laptop same problem.
No problem. Browse or search to find help, or start a new discussion on Community.
On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 90 minutes
