Need to get PAC number from Sky

Hi, I need help to get a PAC number for my sons SIM card he has with Sky. To move it to Vodaphone. He's network has been suspended with sky so he's not able to text sky to get a PAC number. The offices are closed so we can't talk to anyone. Is there a way we can get the PAC number online?

What do you mean by this @Mhutt1 ?

@Mhutt1  Sky only suspend accounts for non payment 

so is he upto date with payments if not he will have to clear any outstanding balance and setup a new continuous payment mechanism before he can contact sky for the pac code

The sky account is in he's dads name, with my sons sim currently on it. But the account is in areas, which he is not able to pay. I called sky to ask if I can move my sons sim over to my Sky account, as he's is not able to use he's phone. They said it is fine to do it. They sent me a new Sky sim that they added to my account. But to keep his same number they said to get a pay as you go sim with another provider. I got one from Vodaphone. I need to transfer his number to the Vodaphone SIM card first and then after sent the number from the Vodaphone sim onto my new Sky sim. But to start the process I need a PAC number from he's original Sky sim to be able to add it to Vodaphone, but with the account in areas he's not able to send a text. So when we text 65075 for a PAC number it doesn't go through. I called Sky but they are closed so I want to ask if there is another way I can get the PAC number online to do this ?

As there is an amount on it you might not be able to get a pac code as per what @SKY1992bf has said above but if you want to call them then you will have to wait until tomorrow and call them on 150.

Oh ok thank you. I spoken to Sky who said it will be fine to just transfer the sim alone to my account, as the sim won't affect the payment areas on his dads account. It's only to allow him to use his sim. I was just hoping there was a way I could request a PAC number online to get his phone ready before school tomorrow. I will just try and call Sky again tomorrow. Thank you

Hi @Mhutt1  a network can't refuse to give a PAC if an account is in arrears but they can refuse to give a PAC to anyone who isn't the account holder. The account holder will need to contact sky to get the PAC. 

Edit. Failing that then your son may just have to use the new number that has come with the new sky sim on your account.
