Refund needed for upfront payment (£104) on cancelled mobile order
Hi everyone,
I recently applied for a Sky Mobile device and paid an upfront cost of £104 after an initial soft credit check. However, I subsequently failed the hard credit check and the order was cancelled by Sky.
The refund for the £104 has been applied to my account as a credit balance, but because the order was cancelled, I do not have an active Sky Mobile account or any monthly bills to pay.
I would like this money refunded to my original payment method (bank account) rather than sitting as a credit. Could a member of the team please help me process a manual refund?

Hi i want to activate my sim card but they told me you need to pay previous bills but i did refund this things
