Need proof of purchase

I want the proof of purchase for my ipad 13 pro inch 2024 model includes with serial number or IMEI number

This was posted by a Sky employee previously :

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."

Hi 

I already tried asking proof of purchase but they didn't rectify my problem 

Sky network it is too worst because I bought my iPad pro 13 inch  on Sep 5 and until now I didn't get proof of purchase receipt 

If I call them and ask about my proof of purchase they are saying that order delivery has not updated so we can't do anything until then now the date is October 11 

So I am really missed off they didn't rectify my problem.
