Mobile not registered on the network. But it was for over a year . So dont understand why it should
My mobile is saying not registered on the network. When it was for well over a year. Till a few days ago. I am unable to even phone sky for help so frustrating

If you are using a physical sim then it might have developed a fault so if you can't call due to not having access to another phone then Sky can also be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of the page.

Hi I got it sorted my account had been hacked .they stole my mobile number. So have put a block on my old number. While I wait for my new sim. Thanks for the relyto my query
