Need new eSIM activation code

Hello

I've left it too long to activate my eSIM on my new Sky mobile. 

Currently using old Sky mobile deal but it expires soon and I want to change it to the new plan.

How can I get a new code so I can activate my eSIM on my new phone please?

The one I was sent at first no longer works.

If you didn't activate it within 30 days then the esim will be cancelled so you will now need to order another one by ordering it from here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

This new esim will come with a new number.

Thanks. Will that still work given that I'd just taken out a phone and sim deal contract?

I appear to be currently using the old sim on my new phone, with the same number I want to keep. 

Unfortunately I was unwell in hospital and, having checked dates, missed using the code they sent me by 2 days.

In that case @Nicola254 you don't need a new sim as you can just keep using this one you already have.

Hi @Nicola254  any new sim would have a new number and it's not straightforward transferring your old number to the new sim.
