My tablet isn't working

Hello my tablet isn't working, it has been charged all day but no light ir anything but it isn't a year old? How can I return it for it to be looked at please Jacqui

You would need to call Sky about this, there might well be a charge so make sure you ask them about this.

Hi @jacqui431  have you tried a different lead and charger just in case it's one of those that's faulty ?
