My sky roll over date isn’t going over to my current data plan

I rolled my sky data from my piggy bank to my currrent data plan it's gone from my piggy bank but hasn't gone on to my current data plan

Sometimes it's not instant. I'd suggest giving it a few more hours and if it still isn't showing call Sky (free by dialling 150 from your Sky mobile) and they can investigate what's happening.
