My sky mobile order

I placed an order on saturday and have had no updates whatsoever?? Whats going on? 
also how do i port my number

Hi @Sky108  the latest on your order will be here.

Once you have your order and new sim you activate the sim, then request a PAC from your old network and give it to sky. The next working day your number will transfer to sky.
