new phone contract

hi ive been with sky for over 7 years now. I was due an upgrade in Novemeber but when i go online to pick out the new phone and stuff and click everything is right soon as i get to the last screen its says technical issue its not you it's us. can anyone help with this im stuck and really need a new phone.
