Using mobile in dubai

When I use my Uk mobile to make a local call in Dubail, do I prefix the local number with the Dubai country code? Simple queastion but difficult getting an answer!

Hi @MikeB461  just so you are aware calls to local numbers are not covered by the £2 daily charge and are charged at £2.50 per minute.
