My sky data plan will not let me change my data

  • I cannot change my sky data plan it wont let me

You can only change your data plan (Mix) once in a billing period and if you decrease the amount it doesn't come into effect until the next billing period starts. 

Otherwise, call Sky when the lines reopen to speak to an agent.

Hi @Lambretta-09  also if you are a new Sky customer you have to pay two bills before you can change your plan.
