Charged more than expected.

Good morning. I've noticed that I've been charged £10 extra on my sky mobile bill it appears when looking at the statement the discount has not been applied and therefore instead of being £10 for the SIM I've been charged £20 for the SIM. this is not what was agreed when I took the plan out. 
please can this be refunded? Many thanks

Hi @Laura414  not by anyone here. This isn't sky CS here. Have you checked you haven't paid for 2 months ? If not then you will. Red to call sky on 150 for help with your bill.
