As I arrive in Italy, my data roaming was working straight away, I got all the messages from sky too, but it hit a random time such as 8-9pm and it stopped working, I changed my spending cap even though it was at £14 already, and I also tired changing my settings on my iPhone, I'm not sure, sorry !

Hi @Ilana2 did you reach either of your spend caps ? If you did then I have seen others report the same issue, they paid £10 towards their bill in their account and that got their phone working again. If you can't get it working by following the troubleshooting below then it may be worth a try.
