Hi,
Moved my sim to sky mid June, checked last night to see that I had 20g left before my sim refreshed, however check this morning and no data has rolled over? Why is this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your billing date is today then while it should refresh today it can sometimes take 24 hours for this to happen so if this has not happened then call Sky on 150 so they can look into it for you.
