My sim has stopped working

No sim date or option in mobile data. My husbands sim works in my phone

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

no, I can't do anything with it. In mobile options, it's doesn't even show up and the message shows invalid sim where it should say Sky

It sounds as though the sim has developed a fault so a replacement is the way to go.
