My sim has stopped working if i order a replacement can i keep the same number?

My sky sim has just stopped working out of the blue, tried everything the help line says to do, and still not working.

if i get a replacement, is it posssble to still keep the number m? since i have a lot of important things connected to that number, i really do not want to change numbers if at all possible

Yes, a replacement SIM will have the same number.

Thank you, that's even if the current sim is already on sky?

Yes @Carolx1  a replacement sim from sky will have the same number as your current sim from sky. Make sure you request a replacement and don't order a new one as that would have a new number.
