Ok so got flip6 in August and now it decided to have a blank screen the front screen comes on but not the main one which without is no use have reported to sky (using a kindle ) have no access to a computer or another phone and to cap it all off I've lost my SIM was told I had to report by phone but there lies the problem No access to a phone...I live alone and need to get this sorted. I don't have the money to buy another to use while mine is being repaired am so fed up and all the time I have to still pay for it .regret moving over to sky wish I had. Stayed with ee
