My roaming passport plus is not activating when abroad.

So, I have come to turkey and on the first day with the roaming passport plus, my data worked fine. However, not it has told me to make a call or send a text however I cannot do that so I have no idea how to re-activate my roaming passport plus. Please help me.

Make sure you have roaming enabled in your deviecs settings, that apart have although you don't have to, do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.


Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to abroad

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to abroad

 

That apart have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect and then work ?
