Contract help

I have just upgraded my phone and downgraded my data but now it looks like I have 2 plans and 2 phones running - can someone help me with this

If you have upgraded your phone and are returning one to Sky then billing will continue until it has been inspected.

 

Did you apply the new data plan to your exsisting sim because if you didn't then you will have ordered a new sim so call Sky to cancel one of them.

How long ago did you return your 'old' phone?

 

If you've activated a new SIM then you will have 2 plans.  If you're happy with a new phone number then use the new SIM and call Sky to cancel the old one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
