My phone sim

I got a sky SIM card and when choosing, the deal was £10 for 50GB for duration of my contract. Now it's saying the deal has ended however when I choose that deal I choose that for the duration of my contract, not for a selected time. If I purchased the deal surely it should be for the full contract? Not until the deal ends to purchase?

It should be if that was the offer that was shown at the time.

Where are you seeing this, was the sim not activated after you received it ?

SIM/dataplan contracts are 12 months.  I presume you're at this point?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yes the sim has been activated since January.

So why do you say that the deal has ended as you haven't explained what is happening ?

Hi @AliciaHoggarth  the contract is 12 months then you go onto a separate rolling monthly contract unless you recontract on a new offer.
