Recently purchased a contract sky mobile been having on going issues with the phone not working have been in contact with sky. Being charged for full payment even tho phone is not working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou haven't said what Sky have suggested ie; sending a new SIM card? The answers still the same… billing continues. The phone still needs paying for. Once the issue is fixed you coukd ask Sky for a credit as a good will gesture.

Yes they're have sent a second SIM card phone still isn't working. If the phone is not fully working I don't see why I need to pay for it in full when I'm not able to working

Well I'm afraid if you don't pay your bill in full Sky will restricted your services, add late payment fees and potentially involve a debt collection agency.
