Discussion topic: New sim and phone number

Hello,

Just ordered a second sim for a family member and activated today. I got the phone number and setup whatsapp for them. Its showing somone elses photo and their old group chats which are clearly atached to the number. Who do I contact to get the phone number swapped to a new one.

The Virtual assistant is useless for this situation.
