My payment Help

Hey there,

 

I have just received a email saying I have a overdue payment however if I go into the app it's saying paid, I believe the issue is because it's a direct debit payment and I have manually paid it before it coming out, I believe it's messed up and is thinking I haven't paid.

 

i also have £93 in credit which I'm confused about as it's only gone up after I was trying to pay the bill after noticing it tried taking money out when I didn't have the money in my bank at the time.

 

i have also put £124 in payments because I was panicking and I trying to pay the bill thinking I haven't however I have.

It's correct - you haven't paid.  The manual payment you made was a donation towards the following month's bill and not the current one.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The manual payment was unnecessary and has correctly gone as a credit on your Sky account, and then if the planned payment Sky try to take fails your services stand the risk of being restricted.

Ignoring the payment you have made, has Sky taken the direct debit yet and if not what shows on your bill regarding it ?
