Someone elses problems is no help. I need to activate 2 new sim cards, keeping old numbers, several times, sky says my dob is not a valid date. Have tried every poss way to enter this. Please contact me, your boxes DO NOT HELP. Thanks

You are only talking to other customers here as this is where we help each other.

If you can't activate the sim cards yourself you will need to get some help from Sky about this so if you can't call them from another working mobile or a landline phone then there are links to their social media sites at the bottom of this page.
