New phone

Ive just received my samsung s26+ phone when I ordered it it said a samsung watch was included but it hasn't arrived  how do I get my warch

Which offer was it?   Either you have to claim it direct from Samsung or it follows after the cooling off period has expired.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
