My order

I placed my order on sky mobile and I was wondering why no update has been given and it just says in progress and expected delivery date coming soon.

As we’re customers we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

As with every other year orders for the latest iPhone devices are likely to be further delayed due to supply and demand issues.

Has the credit check already been completed as I signed the credit agreement before I placed my order or not.

That will be because Sky are awaiting stock from their suppliers so can not give you an accurate delivery date. This does happen especially with new iphone releases.
