I am writing to express my concern and seek assistance regarding the persistent issue I have been facing with my recent orders. On multiple occasions, my orders have been canceled, and I have been in touch with both my bank and Sky to rule out any credit rating-related issues. They have confirmed that my credit rating is not a factor in these cancellations.
This recurring problem has left me quite perplexed and frustrated. I am a dedicated customer, and I genuinely enjoy using your services. However, these frequent order cancellations have become an impediment to my overall experience.
I kindly request your help in resolving this matter. Can you please investigate why my orders are being canceled and provide guidance on how we can rectify this issue? I understand that unforeseen technical glitches or discrepancies can occur, and I am eager to work together to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience with your services.

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. You will need to call Sky to get to the bottom of it (if it's not a credit check issue).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GnFi You're posting in public forum, we are all customers here. If your ordering mobile devices and the order is being cancelled then it is likley something amiss on your credit fille.
Sky can't tell you what's on the credit file so you'll need to chack what details they hold compared to what the CRA hold.
Other than this as customers we can't do anything in regards to orders beiong cancelled.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I have been experiencing the same. Signed up with both Experian and Equifax, no issues there.
