Adding a second e-sim from another provider

I've just upgraded to a 15 pro from an 11. I would like to transfer my e-sim from another provider over from my old phone. This e-sim is an additional sim to the sky account I have which was also on my I-phone 11 but it is saying that my phone does not support this. Can anyone advise.
