My mobile screen is water damaged so how do I transfer my data to my new phone
My existing sky mobile has water damage, the screen doesn't work but the phone still does. I am trying to transfer data to my new mobile via smart switch but it shows my phone as lock and I can;t unlock it. I have try connecting the phone together but the new one can't seem to cotact the old one. Any ideas?

water damaged phne os Galaxy A32 5G, new old Galaxy S24 FE. I have connect them together USB-c to USB-c new one says Connecting to transfer data but nothng is happening

Hi @Looby+Coo if you can't unlock the screen on the old phone I don't think there is anything you can do. Have you tried contacting Samsung directly or tried on a Samsung forum ?
