Hi, I've had my sky glass for roughly a year, my partner moved it whilst decorating and it slipped and cracked the screen. Can I replace it? (I understand I'm still liable for the cost of the damaged one) but I need to know if I can get another one as it's the main tv in the house . It's not insured unfortunately.

You should be able to purchase a new Sky Glass if you wish by phoning Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
