OK, here's full disclosure: recently had BT installing the full fibre Sky upgrade. This may/may not be relevant.
I have started having issues when at home, using my Sky mobile, contacting my mum's (sky) landline. On first contact it rings for a while and then says: this number does not exist; second time it goes straight to her answerphone (but she does not actually receive messages left); then it just rings out constantly with no answer.
I have rung other people with success and got them to ring her and she has rung me.
On a very good day, I usually get the straight to answerphone, and when I ring immediately second time it goes through. On previous occasions when it has gone straight to voicemail I have left messages and she does not receive them, so I always ring immediately back.
I am a simple user, so please be kind🙏

You will need to report this to Sky so they can investigate this for you do the free number to call them on is just 150 and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

Thank you so much. I was going round in circles with 'bots'. Your recommendation was spot on. Sky are investigating and sending me another SIM in the meantime.
