I switched from EE to Sky Mobile, and have since not recieved any text messages containing OTP / verification codes. I've called sky to no avail, and they have suggested a number of trouble shooting steps yet this has not resolved.
I've reset the network settings, I've taken the sim card out, tried it in another device, checked the correct mobile number, etc.
These messages are crucial to be able to access the functions I need e.g bank account, social accounts, etc.
Sky said it could be an issue due to transferring the number to sky but should resolve and it hasn't.
I guess it will have to be a case of switching to a different carrier, does anyone know how I can fix this?

Hello,
Thank you for the reply. I have done this and called sky on 150 around 6 times, they have now referred it to another department however the issue is still not resolved. Not sure what else to do.

I'm having the exact same problem switched from EE to Sky and now not receiving any sms text so no verification codes etc! Called Sky and being referred to another dept and have to wait for a call back within 24 hours!
