I pay my last bill but it shows in the app like it is not pay

You shouldn't need to make a manual payment has you have done as all that might have happened is the payment has put a credit on your account which should be used to pay your next bill.

 

You should have either a card or a direct debit setup which Sky will take the payment from.

 

If you do see a credit and want it refunded then call Sky on 150 for help with this.
