My e sim still isn’t available to set up

I have the new iPhone 17 pro but it isn't letting me set up my new SIM card and error messages keep appearing. I have no signal.

Hi @mv18  if you can't get it set up then either find a phone you can use to call sky or try the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
