My bill

My payment due date is showing at 12th Dec when I set it to 27th of every month

Hi @JadeH28  your billing date is set to about 10 days after you receive your phone/activate your sim. After the first two bills are paid you can then change the billing date, but be aware that bill will then cover about 6 weeks.
