My bill

My bill got sent to a debt collection agency, I've paid it today and wad wondering when my services would be reinstated

Depending on how long your account was restricted then it may have been cancelled?  (Given it went to debt collection this may have happened)

 

Does your online account give any clues?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It's not been completely cut off as I spoke to someone and they said if I pay full amount by today I wouldn't lose my services

Ok, then it should be restored once the payment has cleared - that may not be until Monday now.
