My Swap

Hi I'm in a contract with sky and it's a 36 month contract. Although when I took out the contract it was a swap 24months after at no change in cost. I click on the my swap and it says my device isn't eligible for swap. Can someone help please ?

If you are on Swap24 then it is a 36 month contract so you should be able to swap at 24 months, if you do this any earlier then there might be costs involved. If you want help with this then 150 is the free number to call Sky on.

You can swap at any time for 31 days to the end of your contract.

 

If it's not working online then call Sky on 150.

 

The normal point to swap for a Swap24 contract is at 2 years - although there's no guarantee that the residual value of your device will cover the debt.  Also, there's no guarantee there will be no change in cost - it all depends on the swap value and the value of the new phone you select.

Yeah I understand. But the fact it won't let me swap is confusing me really. Probably have to call them. That'll be fun 😂
