Hi, no idea if anyone is able to offer advice but my Sky Mobile purchased Iphone 13 Pro Max has suddenly died. Typically the day after the final payment was made. Had the phone only since Apr 2022 and for no reason at all the phone is completely dead.
I have taken it to an Apple store whom simply confired that it is totally dead but had no idea why. They then suggested they 'try' and fix it but wanted a ridiculous £536 to attempt it!!
I have also taken it to a local iphone repair specialist who again confirmed it is completley dead but couldnt find a reason why. They tested the battery and parts and said all is in good order but the phone is simply not taking in or generating any power.
I'm now left with a £1400 black glass paperweight and no phone.
Would this be covered under any Sky Mobil warranty at all?? Has anyone had similar at all?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @alanthorpe sky mobile warranty information is here, I don't think you are covered. You could try consumer law but that would require proving a fault from new I believe.
