We have 5 sims with Sky Mobile but one of the numbers can't gain access to the My Sky app, any ideas please?

They put username in and password in same as mine but it tells them it's invalid. Have checked double checked triple checked still no good.

Checked that and all spellings are correct. Other 4 can log in no problem.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
