My Sky App and setup

MySky says I need to finish setting up my account. I have followed the steps exactly countless times and I still get the same message. If anyone knows how to sort this out I would be grateful.

Hi @JakeHill  you may need to call sky on 150 for help or use the social media channels at the bottom of this page to contact them.
