Pre ordered mobile but its in progess?

Hi i ordered a Google pixel pro xl said pre order for the 28th Aug and all it says on my orders is in progress I ordered it like 10 days ago. And if I go on the mobile page where youbl order new devices it said order now for delivery tomorrow? That's strange so how come my order has no delivery date

Hi @bomber8008  that usually indicates sky are awaiting stock for your model of phone. It has been commented on here before about them still advertising next day delivery even when out of stock but they still seem to do it.

The chances of someone ordering that phone today and receiving tomorrow are pretty slim as those "but now get tommorow" can best be described as not that accurate at the best of times.

Same issue here, I ordered the 10 pro on 28th August and that was still showing as "in progress" I've been in touch with them 3 times about it and nobody seemed to be able to give me an answer. Today I was told the order appeared to be "unusually stuck" so they cancelled it and re-ordered, but I'm not holding much hope. Very poor service from Sky, if they don't actually have physical stock then just say so!

This is what they told me its stuck.. stuck where and why but no reply. I ordered it on the 21st of August.. so been waiting 17 days now! All checks done fine so no reason for the delay. They said it will be here in the next few weeks so it will be a month.
