My Messages Not Showing

Im having trouble view my messages online and have done now for several months. I simply see page restricted? I have tried multiple connections, computers and browsers and no matter what i do i cannot view the messages i recieve from sky. Can Anyone help?

Are you able to view your bill ?

Yes able to view bills, i have noticed if i was to click on the messages tab and then click on another section of that very quickly (cases,documents or contracts) i am able to view everything else (see below) Except when i click on inbox im met with the photo above..
