Has anyone had an issue of sending a phone back to be told that the box was empty. Also has anyone returned a mobile from a sorting office rather than a post office counter

Hi yes I do but my receipt is from a post office distribution centre not post office counters so they are saying that's not good enough but there's nothing anywhere that says what type of receipt just have a receipt
