I'm trying to use my mobile phone abroad and I'm having problems.

 

I've increased my monthly spend cap and taken data from my piggy bank, but still not working.

 

I've tried calling, but can not get through to anyone.

 

can one of your advisors call me  urgently to help.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.
