No data when on a call

Hi moved over to sky mobile from O2 few months ago an from day one iv not had data while on a call it just goes from 5g to h every time. I had no issues like this on O2 and I have the right apn settings and I have even gone and bought another phone an still have to same issue any help will be appreciated thanks
